Office Manager of Builder Buddy LLC

Andrea Ward has a degree in accounting, is a certified Notary Public and has worked in the investment and finance industry for over 20 years.  Aside from her mastery of numbers Andrea also has a background in construction having helped her father with his home improvement businesses over the decades. Andrea enjoys being the ‘hub of the wheel’ for Builder Buddy and the three inspectors.  She especially loves meeting agents and clients first hand to ensure they are having a great experience.  When Andrea isn’t working you will find her hanging out with her family, event planning, creating art, hiking or ‘waterfalling’, camping or heading to catch some waves (boogie boarding). 

We have used Jason at Builder Buddy for two homes so far and found his attention to detail to be invaluable to make informed decisions during due diligence. Lays out the facts and doesn't strive for scaring you away from a purchase- and makes himself available for additional questions after reports are sent. I am sure the other inspector is as thorough as well, as the work ethic seems high-level at Builder Buddy, which includes Andrea, the office manager- prompt and helpful via email!

After quoting around 12 different inspection companies in WNC we found that Builder Buddy had the best prices available with the highest reviews. The office manager, Andrea, was very responsive and quick to set up an appointment. We purchased a general home inspection, radon scan, and a well inspection. Because we are first time home buyers, they offered a $50 discount on the home inspection - with many other discounts available (single parent, military, minority, teacher, etc.), as well as discounts for combining services. Our inspector, David, was very informative and took the time to explain his findings and answer our questions. He was clearly very knowledgeable! We received our report the same day, it was laid out in an organized way and easy to understand. We're very happy with our decision to go with Builder Buddy and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of inspections and/or testing!
